First Initiative Organised
Organised by Hansadhwani—a nature, art, and cultural organisation—an event titled ‘Intimate Interaction and Relief (Antaranga Alap aaru Sokah)’ was held on December 30 at the Helping Hands Old Age Home as a special year-end initiative. As part of the programme, a tree-plantation drive was conducted in the morning. In the evening, the members engaged in warm, heartfelt conversations and informal adda with 25 resident elders, followed by serving evening refreshments and dinner. The founding secretary of Hansadhwani, Sangeeta Medhi, shared that similar initiatives will be organised in the future to entertain vulnerable individuals through cultural evenings and by providing dinner.Active members of Hansadhwani, including Kapil Sharma, Barnajit Das, Barasha Talukdar, and Bidyut Talukdar, were present at the event.
